What Moves Your Price
- Footage. More feet costs more in total.
- Style. Stockade is the starting point. Shadow Box and Board on Board are quoted on site.
- Gates. Each walk or drive gate adds to the total.
- Terrain. Slopes, roots, retaining walls and tight access add labor.
- Tear-out. Removing an old fence is priced per foot.

How Long It Takes
Wood usually takes about 2 days on site. Jobs over 300 ft take longer.
Most jobs are installed about 4 weeks after signing.
Recent Wood Work in Bay County
- Lynn Haven: a pool code fence, 246 ft of 6 ft cedar board-on-board. Pavers were pulled with care and post concrete set flush so they could be relaid.
- Millville: 285 ft of 8 ft stockade replacing old galvanized chain link, keeping the existing rolling drive gate.
- Panama City Beach: 6 ft cedar shadow box with a top cap and dig defense wire around the whole perimeter. The old fence was torn out first.
Keeping a Wood Fence Looking Good

- Aim sprinklers away so the boards aren't wet every day.
- Walk the line a few times a year for loose boards and sagging gates.
