Panama City: Stockade Privacy on a Retaining Wall

A Panama City homeowner had an aging fence and gates sitting on a retaining wall. Our own W-2 crew removed the old sections and built about 200 feet of new fence.

It's 6-foot stockade privacy along the wall, stepping down to 4-foot hog wire where an open look made more sense, with two new walk gates.
